Another life stories

Tuesday, I got news while I am at badminton court, that my uncle has passed away.. :(
Although we are not that really close, but still, he is our family and i still feel sad. That's why my dad fly to J-Town the next day, with me and my sister following later.

And so, I went to J-Town at friday afternoon, because I still got class at friday morning. I still feel nervous when boarding the plane, guess I am too much a landlubber (is that the right use of that words?). While flying, I start to feel more relax. Adding the view is just as amazing as always, although I rarely got the window seat. God's creation is all amazing, :).

Oh yeah, forget to tell that J-Town stands for Jakarta, it's just a word my friend used to use. After we landed, we go straight to the funeral home. My uncle's family is looking okay from outside, they even can still laugh. But, who knows how they feel inside. And I commiserate with them.

But then, the big family haven't been together like this for a long time. If nothing had happens, everybody is busy with their own things. Only at some event they can be together like this.

The next day, well, nothing to tell except for that I sit at the funeral home for all day long, at I think nobody will not not get bored and nobody you knows too. (except for cousins of course)

Sunday, the body is carried to crematorium to be cremate. And after that, the ashes will be carried back to my uncle's hometown, in Sumut, placed in the temple in Tanjung Morawa.

After the cremation, my family went to my grandmother from my mom (what is it called again?). It's been a long time too since the last time we visit her, and she said had changed much, haha. well, of course, the last time I went there, I am just a small kid, and now I am so big already. Her dog is kinda a messy, name is Lilo, but it's friendly with other people. Lilo always get nears me, I wonder what I smell for her, haha.

We just sat for a while, because everybody is tired already. So we went to Chicken Village for dinner. (FYI that's a restaurant name). After that, i got a migraine, so after we got gome, i went straight to the bed even though it is blackout and is hot. When I got up, it's already 00.00 AM, so, here I am, writing my blog, better than nothing to do right?

Well, time to sleep again, must get up early in the morning to catch the flight back to Medan.

Seeing my junior's blog for their assignment, makes me want to edit my blog layout, but i haven't done it.... Maybe after my laptop is repaired... Any idea for the layout?

Badminton

Today i only play one match, but i really enjoy it and i think i improve a bit. Warming up before play really help me a lot, so that i can play nicely. Although it's just get to 3 points difference with one time deuce, i guess our skills didn't differ that much. And also thanks to my partner. Hope i can practice more and prepare for the PORSENI, a sports and art events in my campus, also a celebration for my campus anniversary. Hope it's goes well. Good night everybody.

Using technology in education

After a short discussion, or rather, a chat with my lecturer, really make me more aware of the development in education in Indonesia. Although technology had advanced very much, but the usage is still very little in education. That's why, the lecturer gave assignment to students in her course to use technology as a media in learning. They are told to make a blog and share their assignment there. Well, I don't know the details, but this is new and really good. Traditional one just told you to write paper. It will cost you papers, printer's ink, etc. Using the technology will be more efficient, you just need to upload it to the internet, or your blog. So, we didn't just read the books, but got to practice it. Maybe others should follow it, hehe. Good luck to you my lecturer, hope it's goes well. And thanks for the advice for my assignment, i will consider your offer.

Bad connection

Bad day..

So tired today. In the morning, i went to the bank to get new PIN for my card. I was told to take it after a week, and that is today. Arrive there at 9.42 A.M. Take the ticket and got number 27, and currently is number 12, so i must wait for 15 people. But it's really crowded today, guess it's because the new college student registration there. I even can't find a chair to sit. fiuh... Waiting, i take out my earphone and listen to my handphone music player. After a few songs, the queue doesn't seem to be moving! Great! A moments later, finally got a seat, good thing. But still haven't got to my number, so slow... then, at number 25, no people respond when it's first called, but then, a seconds later, a miss who got there after me, got in, and the clerk just attend her without seeing her number. Huh!! i want to protest, but it's almost got to my number, so i just let it go this time. Fiuh! but know what, the clerk says to wait for 2 days more because it's haven't arrived. ARGHHHH!!!

Then i just went home and try to cool my self. And thanks God, i can calm myself while listening to Agnus Dei by Vineyard.

A New Violin

I finally bought a violin yesterday, so happy, ^^. Although it's just a cheap one.
